About Me
|
Change is a constant in the corporate world and it's rarely gentle.Over the course of my career, I've lived change from nearly every angle: small business and enterprise, public and private organizations, mergers and acquisitions, high-growth environments, restructures, and role reinvention. I've led teams through uncertainty, delivered as an individual contributor under pressure, and navigated transitions that required resilience, clarity, and courage. I don't coach change from theory. I coach it from experience. A Career Built Inside the Reality of Corporate Life With decades of experience across diverse corporate environments, I understand the realities professionals face when change arrives faster than readiness allows. Initiatives move quickly, stakeholders buy-in is often incomplete, leaders are expected to manage change without being trained to lead it. The result is predictable: friction, confusion, stalled momentum, burnout, and turnover. I've seen it and felt it firsthand. |

That lived experience allows me to meet my clients where they truly are, balancing performance expectations, identity shifts, personal responsibilities, and the quiet question many professionals ask during times of transition: How do I move forward successfully and authentically through this?
Why My Background Matters My foundation in psychology gives me a deep understanding of human behavior, motivation, and decision-making under pressure. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from San Diego State University and a Master of Science in Psychology from Purdue University. I am also a Certified Executive Coach and Certified Career Coach through the Center for Executive Coaching (CEC), and a Social and Emotional Intelligence Certified Coach through the Institute for Social and Emotional Intelligence (ISEI). Credentials alone don't create insight. What gives me a distinct edge is the integration of education and lived corporate experience. Understanding both the organizational systems driving change and the human impact they create. I know how change affects confidence, performance, relationships, identity, and how to move through it with intention rather than reaction. Living the Transition I Coach I am not only supporting others through career and life transitions, I am a living example of what's possible. After decades in the corporate world, I made the intentional decision to transition into an entirely new career. This shift required redefining success, letting go of familiar identities, navigating uncertainty, and building something aligned with my values and strengths. It demanded courage, resilience, and clarity: the very competencies I help my clients develop. Having walked this path myself, I understand the complexity of change at a deeply personal level: the fear and excitement, the internal resistance, the practical realities, and the confidence required to move forward before everything feels certain. My clients benefit not only from my professional experience and education, but from knowing I have lived the process, successfully. I am proof that meaningful reinvention is possible at any stage of a career and that change, when approached with intention and support, can become the gateway to fulfillment rather than a source of fear. |
